Stamp Club
Tues, May 11th

The May Stamp Club meeting is just a week away. Join us next Tuesday, May 11th, from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. We are going to do something a little different this month. Janine has suggested working on cards for the soldiers for Operation Write Home. Here's the link to Operation Write Home website http://operationwritehome.org/.

To make the most of our time it would be best to keep them simple and planned out in advance. Like, pick a theme or color scheme and then work around that, so you don't have to pack a ton of different supplies. Or, this could be a good time to work with a one sheet wonder set. Everyone is free to make whatever they want -- Thinking of you, miss you, birthday for all ages, etc. Stuff the soldiers can use to send to friends and family. They just ask that you don't use glitter that will flake off. Janine thinks stickles are okay. You don't have to provide envelopes unless you want to. Janine will bring the logo stamp that they want on the backs of the cards.

So put your thinking caps on to decide what kind of cards you want to make then bring whatever supplies you need to make those cards -- stamps, stamp pads, cardstock, embellishments, adhesives, etc. and join us for an evening of fun!

... and, just in from Basic Grey.
Plus, we are just unpacking 'SnuggleBug' from our friends at Little Yellow Bicycle!
