I know, I know...

..."Where have you been?!!"

All I'm sayin' is... the holiday season has DEFINITELY started.  Friends and family gathering for fun & fellowship, gifting & giving.  Yes... this time of year, although the temperature is chillier, still warms our hearts the most.  What better way to celebrate than creating handmade cards and gifts for everyone?!

The Page Elves have been working on some FABULOUS gifties this year!  Check these out:

Rene has outdone herself once again!  This beautiful "12 Days of Christmas" advent was made from the new Melissa Frances Christmas line, "Deck the Halls"... as well as a bit o' glass glitter {swoon} :)

I think that itty bitty dimensional tree is my favorite... just
a few loops of paper + some ink = fabulousness!
And each little pouch contains a tag pull-out for your Christmas wishes or affirmations.

Look at this wonderful little drum ornament!  We've added a little Graphic 45 "Christmas Emporium" paper, grosgrain ribbon, red velvet rickrack & glitter to a paper-mache drum and BOOM...
a beautiful keepsake ornament for your tree or as a little giftie!

We've still got a few of these little drums in stock, but not for long!

Talk about swooning... look at this gorgeous cone tree Vicki created:

I KNOW!  Love it!  Check out this simple material list:
paper-mache cone
Echo Park "Season's Greetings" paper
Graphic 45 "Christmas Emporium" paper
crochet trim
ruffle ribbon roses
holly/berry punch
snowflake die
sheer red ribbon & glimmer twill

What a great little tree for a nursing home, hospital room, teachers desk, special neighbor, friend
I can see a whole display of these, in different sizes and papers, on my table for Christmas dinner... hint hint... {ahem} Vicki... just in case you are reading this :)

The new Silhouette Cameo is in da' house!!  That's right, no more signing up on the wait-list... just come on in and grab one off the shelf!  Or, send in the hubby... we'll help him out by crossing off a few things on your Holiday gift list :)

Be sure to tune in Thursday for more charming Holiday gifties & ideas!

Home Decor - Canvas Corp Style!

While at CHA this summer, Carolyn spied an AWESOME project in the Canvas Corp booth :)  It was a wreath made of canvas & burlap panels, complete with vintage trinkets & photos.  She was hooked!

The assignment:  make an awesome canvas & burlap wreath
Timeline:  not a minute to spare
Feature:  old family photos (I mean REALLY old... like Cameron as a little kid old)
Showcase:  paper-crafting products that CAN be used for more than just scrapbooking!

Barb accepted the challenge & finished it in time for the open house!  This project looks like it takes a lot of time, but it is surprisingly quick and easy!

We've even made up a materials list and a few tips & tricks on putting it all together, so no guess work for you!  Just pop by the store and we'll help get you started on making one of these beautiful canvas wreaths for your own home!
